I've had a passion for fishing and the outdoors since old enough to hold a fishing rod. I have learned my craft through trial and error, knowledge passed on to me by Grandparents and some of the sports renown fisherman.

My career took a huge leap forward when I fell in love with Lake Vermilion, it's beauty, size and variety of options it has to offer. For the past ten years, I have learned that body of water inch by inch. island by island and fish by fish. Maybe the turning point for me was the 56 inch Muskie caught while fishing with my son.
